This our first time opening to foreign orders, thanks all doll fans supporting, we get tones of orders XD
but at the same time, it's brings more works for only 2 of us.
We made several mistakes on shipping - some of our customers get the wrong head or wrong color...
we really sorry about those troubles, but we will try our best to fix it!
For the wrong orders, we give 3 solutions:
1. Keep the head, we will return you shipping fee.
2. Return the head, we will responsible for the shipping and fully refund you.
3. Waiting for the replacement (it might take 20-35 working days), and send the wrong head back, we will take care of the shipping fee.
